COOKING SKILLS - A REAL NEED
Cooking Skills are essential for children, teenagers and adults alike. Learning how to make tasty, healthy foods quickly is an essential skill for life. Food education and learning how to cook is being promoted in various countries all over the developed world in order to improve the health of nations. Knowing how to cook sensibly using local, fresh and seasonal products is essential to saving people's lives, decreasing the chances of obesity and other diet-related diseases. Parents and adults have a role in teaching sensible and healthy cooking skills to their children. This could be an opportunity for quality time. However, not everyone can do this as time or skills may be limited. In addition, not all children have the opportunity to learn cooking skills at school, so here I am offering an opportunity to teach you or your children skills to make healthy, economical and basic recipes which can then help you/them throughout life.
